Start your 2022 with a yoga and meditation class. Please join Sasha and Lizzie as we move into a new year. We will begin class with a 35 minute yoga practice that is scalable to all levels. Following the yoga portion of the class we will share a 15 minute meditation with a focus on setting intentions for the new year. At the end of the session participants are invited to write and reflect on their hopes for the new year.
Sasha has been teaching yoga for more than twenty years. Her classes follow the CrossFit model of being “infinitely scalable”. A member of the CFSBK for seven years Sasha is honored to have the opportunity to bring back the New Year’s Day practice that she and Coach Chris Fox first shared four years ago.
